Parliament, Friday, 4 November 2022 – The Portfolio Committee on Health will from tomorrow, visit Livingstone and Port Elizabeth Provincial Hospitals to assess progress regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the Public Protector and Health Ombudsman and the state of service delivery at both hospitals.
The committee will be at Livingstone Hospital from 10:00–13:00 and thereafter to Port Elizabeth Provincial Hospital, from 14:00–17:00. At both hospitals, the committee will engage with hospital managements, hospital boards and other relevant stakeholders.
